Cortnee

Cortnee Hansen, Owner and Instructor

Hello everyone!  I have been in nursing for over 25 years working clinic, hospital and EMS in the Twin Cities. I started teaching CPR and other medical classes in a college setting and loved it so much that I started CPR Professionals in 2005. I have two great kids and love the flexibility of teaching so that I can homeschool them.  I love to travel and ATV with my family.

Annette Steensland, Instructor

Hi! My name is Annette Steensland and I have been with CPR Professionals since 2010. I have been teaching CPR since 2006. During the day, I am a Training and Development Specialist with the state of Minnesota. I have 30+ years of experience working in various capacities of social services. In my free time I like to spend time with my family, cook, run, and travel.

Sara Brown, Marketing and Instructor

Hi, I'm Sara Brown. I have been in sales for most of my career and began marketing for CPR Professionals over 5 years ago. Becoming an instructor was a natural fit for me as I am extremely passionate about health and wellness. My kids are my whole world. They are 17 & 16. They keep me busy and grounded at the same time. My claim to fame, I had two full term babies; before my first mother's day! (Let that sink in) I am a MS warrior and know where my strength comes from. (Phillipians 4:13 I can do all things from him who gives me strength)

Jaime Spencer, Instructor

Hi, I’m Jaime!
I’m a Registered Nurse with a background in emergency medicine, pediatric in-home care, and public schools.
Throughout my nursing career, I’ve had the opportunity to care for individuals and families in a variety of settings and communities, including Georgia, Massachusetts, and now Minnesota. I’m also a proud mom of five, and being a mother has given me an even greater appreciation for the importance of being prepared when an emergency happens.
Outside of nursing, I love spending time with my family, making core memories with my kids, and making or trying yummy desserts.
As a CPR instructor, I want to make learning lifesaving skills feel approachable, practical, and empowering. CPR and first aid can seem intimidating, but my goal is for every person who takes my class to leave feeling confident, prepared, and ready to respond when it matters most.

Mary Sayre, Marketing Executive

Hello! I've known Cortnee for over four decades and have always admired her dedication to growing and managing her business. People first, always, no exception. (I've also never heard a business owner rave about her team of professionals as much as Cortnee!) So, when I knew I wanted to devote my time to supporting the health and well-being of others, I knew CPR Professionals was the perfect choice. While spending much of my career in financial services, my healthcare experience is in personal caretaking over the past 30 years, advocating through the healthcare system from diagnosis to treatment options to hospice and end of life. Our experiences shape who we are, and I am thrilled to share the incredible training opportunities that benefit all of us and our communities. There’s truly no better place to learn than with CPR Professionals!
